Authorities in Florida, in the United States, have published a photo from the police file and images of the arrest of a 10-year-old boy accused of they threaten to shoot their school and kill everyone. The local sheriff described the measure as fair for an alleged criminal.
“I ran a campaign: False Threats, Real Consequences,” Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno told W Radio. “Even though I understood that the boy is 10 years old, his brain is not fully developed, he is a minor, I have to tell him: When a 10-year-old pulls a trigger, the consequences are the same regardless of age. “
Last week, 18-year-old Salvador Ramos killed 19 students and two teachers at a school in Uvalde, Texas. From there, operations were stepped up to try and prevent further massacres.

The sheriff’s office posted a video on Facebook showing it Daniel Isacco Marquez – a fifth-grade pupil from Patriot Elementary School in Cape Coral – arrested Saturday for alleged text message threat, which was forwarded to officers by an informant on May 28.

Marceno spoke about the baby-faced suspect to W Radio, saying Daniel told a friend in a text message. “bundles of money” and to “prepare” to carry out the mass shooting.
“I scammed my friend,” the boy allegedly wrote in the text, which included a Google money image, according to the arrest report.
Daniel goes to fifth grade.
Subsequently, Daniel would share an image of four assault rifles he said he bought and told his partner to “get ready for water day”referring to a recent school sponsored event where students participate in water activities.
“We didn’t wait a second,” Marceno said of the boy’s threat investigation. “We investigate every threat as if it were real.
“We have zero tolerance,” he said. “Our children will be safe no matter what.”

“So what we need to do is urge parents to sit down with their children … We need to do everything we can as a team to prevent these kinds of problems and not ignore the red flags.”
The boy was accused as a minor of having threatened in writing to carry out a mass shooting, Marceno said.
Later in the interview, Marceno explained his department’s response to a possible school shooter.
“You can’t walk into one of my schools in my county and present a deadly force,” Marceno said. “Because we meet the deadly force with the deadly force, without a second, without hesitation. If you think about coming to kill a child, or a teacher, or a lecturer, think again: we will kill you immediately.”.
A week after the shooting in Texas
A week has passed since the deadly shooting in which 19 children and two teachers died at the hands of an 18-year-old hitman. Investigations continue their course, with new details on the actions of the authorities in the midst of the shooting. Funerals for some of the victims have already begun, while discussions on gun control continue in the country.
The devastating loss of 21 lives deeply wounded a South Texas community that is mobilizing to support each other.
Nineteen of those to be buried will be buried in custom caskets provided by a Texas company at no cost to the families. The two Uvalde funeral homes have also pledged to cover all expenses as other services are scheduled for Tuesday and will continue until next week.
