More than present, the news are those absent in jubilee of the Queen. The principal will be Andrew, the Duke of York, her favorite son. He had to give up his royal activities in 2019. All of his honorary military titles and patronage of Elizabeth II were also stolen from him last February, due to the Epstein case, a pedophilia and teen trafficking scandal.

The allegations are not judicial evidence. But the royal family’s decision came when she faced allegations of sexually assaulting Virginia Giuffre when she was 18, after being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, a former girlfriend of the prince.

But has the hour of forgiveness come? The archbishop of Canterbury, Msgr. Justin Welby, head of the Anglican church together with the sovereign.

Prince Andrew “tries to make amends”, said the archbishop of Canterbury, urging the company to be more “lenient”.

Reverend Justin Welby made his remarks in an interview ahead of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, when the prince was ostracized by the royal family in the name of the monarchy’s image and he cannot be present at the ceremonies.

The archbishop first commented on the royal scandal, suggesting that the queen had “every right” to have Prince Andrew’s support during Prince Philip’s recent thanksgiving service at Westminster Abbey.

“On a great public occasion, the queen has every right to have one of her children support her. Forgiveness really matters. I think we have become a very, very ruthless society ”, diagnosed the prelate.

“There is a difference between consequences and forgiveness. I think for all of us one of the ways we celebrate when we come together is to learn to be a more open and forgiving society, “suggested the Archbishop, in an interview with ITV News for the Jubilee.

“Now with Prince Andrew, I think we all have to take a step back. He’s trying to make amends and I think that’s a great thing.”

The Queen’s Strategy

In the midst of a crisis within the House of Windsor, the Archbishop also commented on the “fracture” of the royal family and the split between Prince William and Prince Harry.

“Obviously it’s sad when families fight, but which family isn’t? I think if there’s a family where relationships are perfect, they have the right to judge, but I won’t,” she said.

The words of the Archbishop of Canterbury are not innocent. The head of the church has chosen forgiveness when the subjects celebrate the 70th anniversary of their sovereignty. This is the desire of Elizabeth II, the highest head of the Church in the kingdom.

The allegations are not judicial evidence. But the royal family’s decision came when Prince Andrew was accused of sexually assaulting Virginia Giuffre when she was 18, after she was “taken” by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, a former girlfriend of the prince.

The duke consistently claimed that he had no recollection of this accusation. But he gave a fateful interview to the BBC, which was another catastrophe for a royal family full of scandals.

In February, Prince Andrew paid a multimillion-dollar deal to stop a civil lawsuit, which included paying Giuffre and a donation to a charity for battered women, with money from Prince Charles and his mother.

saved by the queen

But this public isolation surprisingly ended in March, on the arm of the queen, her mother. Andrés attended the funeral service for his father, the Duke of Edinburgh, and carried his frail mother by the arm to the first seat.

Prince Charles and Prince William, who brutally ordered their grandmother to plunge Andrew into public ostracism, were left speechless. Nobody imagined it, but it was the Queen who wanted it in the middle of Westminster Abbey.

These are the steps the ruler is taking, when the Royal House is divided among those who believe he should abdicate or appoint his son Carlos Regent.

He started planning his transition in his own way, without listening to the courtiers, and he wants a royal family in harmony. That will be his other legacy.

Andrés was validated before a congregation of 1,800 people by his mother, the sovereign. Now the question is what ceremonies the Duke of York will attend when he is officially “banished” from his duties.

These are the words of the Archbishop of Canterbury at the beginning of the Royal Jubilee the voice of the Church to validate the sovereign’s strategy.

On June 3, the Duke of York is expected to attend the Thanksgiving service in St Paul’s Cathedral. There will also be his two daughters, the princesses Beatrice and Eugenie and their husbands.

It will be the largest gathering of the royal family from the wedding of Harry and Meghan, at Windsor Castle, in 2018. They will be there too, who in a statement were “excited and honored”.

Andrés will not be present on the balcony of the building nor will he accompany his brothers Carlo and Anna in the fashion show of Too much colorseven though he is a Royal Marines soldier and war veteran.

excellent companion

In April it was rumored that Prince Andrew would accompany the king to the Epsom Derby on Saturday 4 June. But now the queen’s presence at that horse race has been canceled. Princess Anne and her family will go because she prefers to rest in Windsor and meet her great granddaughter, Lilibet.

It is not yet known whether Prince Andrew will attend the concert at Buckingham Palace which will be broadcast by the BBC. But he won’t be seen in any other celebrations.

During the ostracism, the Duke of York became the queen’s great companion. He dines with her every day at Windsor Palace and as long as he can, he rides with her into the park. Now two petisers accompany him on his rides. Prince Harry will hardly mention him in his memoirs for the sake of Eugenie, his daughter and his closest friend.

But Andrés continues to live in the Royal Lodge, a 30-room house, along with his ex-wife, Fergie, who belonged to the Queen Mother. The Ruler refused to allow Andrew to move out of Windsor Park and still maintains his safety guard.

Prince Andrew’s “reintegration operation” into the official business of the House of Windsor has already begun.
