Russia says Ukraine is not trying to restart peace talks

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that Ukraine is not trying to restart peace talks with Russia.

Russia’s chief negotiator said last week that Moscow is ready to resume peace talks with Ukraine, which had been stalled since April, but has not received any response from Kiev to its proposals.
