Turkey’s customs authorities blocked a Russian-flagged ship carrying grain between the Ukrainian ports of Berdyansk and Turkey’s Karasu, Kiev’s ambassador to Kiev, Vasyl Bodnar, said on Sunday. The Ukrainian port is under the control of Russian troops.
