Russia accuses Ukraine of attacking near Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant

Yevgueni Balitsky, head of the Military-Civil Administration of Ukraine’s Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia province, condemned Tuesday’s attack by Kyiv troops on the city of Energodar, near the nuclear power plant captured by Moscow forces.
