There is no doubt that stray It’s the video game of the moment. It came out a few days ago for PlayStation and PC and wreaked havoc: took down PS Network and sparked a fair amount of viral videos on Twitter.
Many call it “the cat’s game”. And there is no better definition than that. It is a third person adventure where the user has to manage a little feline and achieve the goals.
The character’s hyper-realistic design is impressive, especially for those with four legs. Many dogs and cats are fascinated by the movements of the character and, motionless in front of the screens, follow their paths with their eyes. Others do the opposite: they want to catch it or even bark and meow.

In several videos posted on Twitter you can see the unusual reactions of cats and dogs seeing their owner playing Stray.
“At home they’ve also decided what is the best game of the year,” wrote a Twitter user who filmed his hypnotized cat in front of his TV screen. Another, owner of a pet similar to the one in the game, took a picture of the cat and said: “When you are the protagonist and play your game”.

The video game developed by Blue Twelve Studio and Annapurna interactive went on sale for PlayStation 4 and 5 and PC on July 19.
The official synopsis states that “lost, alone and separated from his family, a stray cat must unravel an ancient mystery in order to escape from a forgotten city”. In the fictional universe, the protagonist lives in a “decadent” city with androids, robots and “dangerous creatures”.
On PC, Stray can be purchased on platforms such as Steam, where it is priced at 1,200 Argentine pesos. While on PlayStation it costs 30 dollars (about 7000 pesos with taxes included).
