Gaspard Ulliel first appeared in Moon Knight in the third installment.
Through its Moon Knight series, Marvel paid tribute to French actor Gaspard Ulliel, who died Jan. 19 at the age of 37.
Just at the end of the credits of the third installment of the series starring Oscar Isaac you will see a special plaque dedicated to the French actor. “In memory of Gaspard Ulliel” (In memory of Gaspard Ulliel), reads on a sober black background.
Ulliel first appeared in episode 3, the last to be aired. Hence the “delay” of the tribute. This is the actor’s first posthumous premiere.

In the plot, plays the double César winner Midnight Manwhose real name Anton Mogartand key to developing the main character’s (Isaac) adventures.
Midnight Man was one of the last characters Ulliel played before he died, when he joined Marvel and Disney production in July 2021.
The Frenchman died from a ski accident. He was skiing in France when he collided with another skier and sustained a head injury that he never recovered. They rushed him by helicopter to a hospital in Grenoble, but they could do nothing.

The actor’s other posthumous premiere was more than evera French drama starring Vicky Krieps.
It is noteworthy that Ulliel was one of the great absentees in In Memoriam of the Oscars 2022. Although he was a French artist, Ulliel became famous around the world after starring in the last film of the Hannibal Lecter franchise. The American industry seems to have tried to make up for it by remembering it in the Disney series.

Moon Knight, a hit
Moon Knight continues to receive cheers from the public and critics. An episode airs every Wednesday on Disney Plus. His first season will have only six and, as we reported, the story is already in its third.
The story is adapted from a 1975 comic’s Doug Moench Y Don Perlin and starring Marc Specterformer CIA agent and retired U.S. Navy officer working as a mercenary and tasked with becoming the terrestrial avatar of Khonshu, the Egyptian god of the Moon.

Spector in the series is played by Isaac, a complete newcomer to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, though none of the major franchises. In the latest Star Wars trilogy, the Guatemalan-American actor stands out as Poe Dameron.
His work in the production of Marvel was a challenge. Moon Knight addresses mental health issues with a focus on dissociative identity disorder. That said, he also characterizes Steven Grant, another protagonist personality who never stops dealing with manifestations of his “other selves” and all that it implies.
