“As for the US President’s speech, I think the way he started is absolutely inappropriate. The truth is, he started by ‘quoting the Russian President.’ As always, we started to control Biden’s words. Of course. But the Russian President did not say that.” said.

Focusing on the conflict in Ukraine at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Biden did not neglect to criticize the Putin government in his speech. The Democrat accused Moscow of violating the UN Charter and reverting to nuclear threats against Europe.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov assured that Russia would take “any sign that the United States is willing to improve relations” seriously, but did not hide that the direction for this to happen is the “reverse” way.

NGO Ovd-Info reported that more than 1,300 people were detained by Russian police in 39 cities in protests against the “partial mobilization” ordered by the Russian president yesterday (21) for the war in Ukraine. It is estimated that at least 527 people were detained by the establishment forces in Moscow.

The Moscow Times noted that protesters attacked a recruitment office and an administrative building overnight.
