The regulations published this Thursday in the Official Gazette provide for a joint call for a list of activities, among which are construction, truckers, health, gastronomic, security, maintenance, plastics, confectioners, insurance, food guilds, textiles, television, soft drinks, graphics, metal mechanics, clothing, chemical industry, millers, travelers and loggers).

Also, items with agreements or collective agreements that do not expire, and those with agreements or collective agreements that have expired and are not at the negotiation stage, are invited. In both cases, the call for 10 parity per day is considered.

Exactly on the grounds it is emphasized that “in order to comply with what has been agreed, it is necessary to use all measures aimed at promoting voluntary collective bargaining, promote the meeting, as soon as possible, of representatives of the sectors of trade unions and private sector employers, to open the negotiation of joint ventures with agreements or collective bargaining agreements with unexpired terms, and of those who have entered into agreements or collective bargaining agreements with expired term and not yet at the negotiation stage “.
