The operator found faults again this Tuesday morning after the technical error that affected the service.
Between last Friday and Monday, SNCF users were unable to access the G30 form to obtain compensation in the event of a train delay of at least 30 minutes, sparking a new wave of discontent on social media.

Back to normal this Tuesday morning
The SNCF then promised “a resolution of this incident as soon as possible.” Which appears to have been done this Tuesday morning.
The company also reminds users that they have “60 days after (their) trip to make a request” for reimbursement through the G30 guarantee. The latter makes it possible to obtain compensation of 25 to 75% of the ticket price in the event of a train delay of at least thirty minutes.
