Netflix film will star Dakota Johnson and Henry Golding
Netflix has released new official images of “Persuasion”, a new adaptation of the classic novel written by Jane Austen, to announce the release date of the film. The film, which stars Dakota Johnson and Henry Goldingpremieres on the streaming platform on July 15.

The story revolves around Anne Elliot, a single woman who fell madly in love with young naval officer Captain Frederick Wentworth, but her family did not approve of the relationship and persuaded her to break off the romance. Years later, she decides to reconnect with Wentworth and tries to give love another chance.
“Persuasion” is a film directed by Carrie Cracknellthe same director of the first adaptation starring Sally Hawkins (“The Shape of Water”), which was televised by the BBC in 2007.
