Much of the original cast will also return to the project, including Tyler Posey (Scott McCall), Shelley Henning (Malia Tate), Crystal Reed (Allison Argent), Orny Adams (trainer Bobby Finstock), Linden Ashby (sheriff Noah Stilinski), JR Bourne (Chris Argent), Seth Gilliam (Dr. Alan Deaton), Ryan Kelley (Jordan Parrish), Melissa Ponzio (Melissa McCall), Dylan Sprayberry (Liam Dunbar), Holland Roden (Lydia Martin) and Colton Haynes (Jackson Whittemore).

Despite the return of the majority, fans of the series felt a lack of Dylan O’Brienwho lived the darling Stiles Stilinski. According to the star, it was a “difficult decision” to choose to stay out of the project, especially since the feature has the return of great colleagues.

“The show couldn’t be more dear to me. It was the first thing I did and I met a lot of extremely dear people. [Participar do filme] was something I tried to make work, but it all happened too fast,” justified O’Brien. “We didn’t really know what was going on and they kind of threw it at us, which is ok because we all love the show. We were trying to figure out a way“, he explained to Variety.

The “Teen Wolf” revival is scheduled to premiere in 2022 on Paramount+, but remains without a specific date. In the meantime, the public can watch episodes of the series on Netflix.
