Reiterating what has been publicly stated in recent weeks, Bredehoft has made it clear that Heard will appeal against the verdict; however, the actress’s attorney said Heard doesn’t have the money to pay Depp or post the bail. Heard’s defense team has approximately 21 days to appeal.
