Britney Spears is breaking the silence about her new life since her conservatorship ended last year. The singer recounts in a message posted on her Instagram account this Tuesday her difficulty in finding a normal rhythm of life after having lived 13 years under the yoke of her father Jamie Spears.

The singer, who specifies that “her mood is better”, trusts that she will be “traumatized for life by [ses] past experiences”.

“I can’t heal myself, my emotions and sensitivity are fixed. I’m in therapy. I think I’m going to need a miracle for my emotions.”

The star adds that she cries regularly before bed and continues to be consumed by her personal anxieties: “My life isn’t perfect… I cry almost every night before bed… I feel really bad in my skin…” She He also confesses that he has trouble walking:

“I don’t know how to have good posture unless I’m in front of a camera lens. And I need to go to school to learn how to walk… You’ll tell me I’m an artist, but that’s exactly it: it’s to pretend in the stage… in real life, I don’t know what to do and I’m working on it.”
