Argentine folklore continues to lead the way in the United States, and on March 18, Argentine musicians Rodrigo Aranjuelodirector of the Future Natives Project e David Rosenmayerdirector of the Fairfield County Chorale, will present new original works alongside the iconic Creole Mass by Ariel Ramirez. It will be in Norwalk, Connecticut.

The event, entitled “When Folklore Meets Choral”, promises to be a unique musical experience where the fusion of Argentine folklore with choral music come together to create something truly special.

Directed by Rosenmeyer, Aranjuelo will present three new original pieces together with the Future Natives Project and the Fairfield Chorale, an 80-person choir with more than 60 years of experience, as well as the moving and powerful Creole Massa work that has captivated the world since its creation in 1964.

This event is a tribute to our cultural heritage, and we are eager to see how the public responds to our proposal “.

The collaboration between the Future Natives Project and the Fairfield County Chorale is a perfect example of how music can bring people together across cultural and geographic boundaries.

Something similar happened with the collaboration between Future Natives and the famous American Ballet Theater in New York in 2021, where the song wastelandcomposed by Aranjuelo, was chosen to be the music of nunanua work proposed by the illustrious Argentine dancer and choreographer Luciana Paris, which allows the connection of Argentine folklore with the public and different cultural contexts.

Waiting for February inflation, the March index would exceed 6%

Waiting for February inflation, the March index would exceed 6%

In a few days, INDEC will announce inflation for February, which analysts estimate close to 6%. Meanwhile, calculations on the change in retail prices for March are already underway. Since it is a high season month, mainly due to the start of classes and the rest of the activities, a higher increase is expected than in February: between 6% and 6.5%.

According to analysts participating in the Central Bank’s Survey of Market Expectations (REM), the consumer price index in February reached 6.1% per month, while for March they expect another acceleration up to 6.3%. The decline would only begin in April, with a monthly record of 5.9%. In any case, at this rate, the 60% annual inflation target set by the Government in the 2023 Budget is significantly removed.

The historical tendency of March to be a month of strong pressure on prices, higher than the average of the rest of the year, has to do – beyond the item Education for the start of lessons – with seasonal increases in Clothing due to the change of season.

But also, punctually this March, the persistent increases in meat Vaccine, which skyrocketed in February and pushes the food product which, in turn, explains 23% of the CPI. As happened in February, when they posted increases of 8 to 10% per month, food has left a significant drag for march, estimate by economists.

On the other hand, this month, the increases the rates of water and gas, trains and buses (6%), private (16.4%), fuel (3.8%) and prepaid (7.7%) schools for those with net income of $392,562 or more, and 5% for those with salaries less than that amount, and domestic service (4%).

Regarding the impact of inflation on different socioeconomic sectors, the consultancy firm Ecolatina has analyzed that the greatest pressures on prices fall on the poorest households who consume in local businesses where fair prices do not reach and consumer spending ends up be taller. This factor, added to “the shortage of foreign exchange and drought, as well as the weakness of fair prices complicate research to avoid a greater impact of inflation on the most vulnerable households”, noted in its latest report.

For JPMorgan, meanwhile, expectations are no longer optimistic: “in the midst of high (and rising) pent-up inflation, we continue to expect core inflation to accelerate further as the government moves forward until the October election , pushing the current political framework to the limits.”

“Our baseline scenario assumes headline inflation of 6.0% MoM, on average, in the first half of 2023, accelerating to 7.0% MoM in the second. This path is consistent with inflation as of December 112%,” calculated JP Morgan.

From the Center for Economic Studies Argentina XXI (CEEAXXI) Eliana Scialabba estimates that inflation in February was 6.2% and that, in March, prices will be closer to 6.5%. “We already broke the 100% YoY barrier in February,” he recalled.

“The reality is that the inflationary scale follow the monetary dynamics, and although the government continues to deny it, the data only confirms the theory. Despite the strong sterilization operated by the BCRA, the agents take the future issuance of these pesos for granted, minimizing the demand for the money,” he said.

“This in turn, It is boosted by drought, which drives up the price of fresh food due to reduced supply. In addition, the increase in the price of beef combined with the margin of butcher shops is added to the price increase, which reflects very negative real increases”, explained the director of CEEAXXI.

Days ago, after crossing Big Brother (Telephone, Monday to Friday at 10.15 pm), Walter “Alpha” Santiago He said several years ago he worked with Mario Pergolini “sell timeshares”.

Talking to the Teleshow website, the 61-year-old former attendee revealed: “My first job, believe it or not, was with Mario Pergolini selling timeshares. Ask her. We died laughing, we did nothing. I entered through the well-known newspaper’s famous job category notices that said ‘leave with newspaper under arm’”.

The former participant in the reality show, during his stay inside the most famous house in the country, had also told of having studied theater with Georgina Barbarossa, of having made friends with Soledad Aquino, ex-wife of Marcelo Tinelli and of having conquered Laura Fidalgo, married Moria…

Mario Pergolini acknowledged having worked with Alfa in the past. Catch TV.

However, it later turned out that many of the things he said were not true. Especially when the anecdote included someone famous. But the truth is that Pergolini intervened in the last few hours and supported Alfa’s version.

In Damn, it’s going to be a beautiful day, his program in Vorterix, the driver told his version. “I have sold timeshares in a company. I was on Radio Continental at the time. At 16 I was already working in radio, but I didn’t have enough to live on and I sold a timeshare. I was working there at the time, according to Alfa” said Mario, emphasizing the statements of the former GH.

When asked if he knows Alfa personally, Mario said: “I understand that if”. And he recounted how he discovered he had been involved in the past with the quirky former GH attendee

“I was at my house over the weekend and Matías, my son, comes and says ‘do you know the Alfa?'” said the driver. And he revealed: “I don’t even remember my schoolmates, to give you an idea. The truth is that I don’t know who you are, I’m sorry, it’s a brain problem”.

Later, a radio colleague showed him a photograph of the Big Brother participant when he was young to see if he could identify him and he fired: “I thought we were watching some 70s porn, ok, ok.”

“I didn’t even remember selling a timeshare, if this man didn’t carry it through…it wasn’t in my headit also gives the address where he went and was there,” said a surprised Pergolini, who did not keep the details of that phase of his life.

Sergio Lapegüe’s warning to Alfa, after inviting his daughter to tea

On the other hand, Alpha gave a note to Soon (TN) after what was his surprise entrance into the most famous house in the country.

And it was there that there was a funny crossover between Sergio Lapegüe and the former participant of the reality show. That’s the reporter and the driver he found out that Alfa wanted to win over his daughter, Mica Lapegüe, on a radio show.

“My girlfriend was strong,” the reporter launched between laughter recalling the episode in which Mica starred Biri Biri (República Z) when the former reality show player invited her to tea on a boat.

Sergio Lapegüe drew Alfa's attention for inviting his daughter to tea.

THE illustration created by the Ukrainian artist Oleg Shupliak show to four womenor at least this should find the sharp gaze of those who submit to a challenge that has gone viral again.

The optical illusion appears so difficult that hardly anyone, just 2% of users can find all the women in the image. A true enigma for the vast majority.

Visual challenge: where are the four women

The drawing shows a woman with thick wavy hairwhich is found smiling and shines a nice flowing dress while talking on the phone, reported the Daily star.

While the first lady is easy to spot, finding the other three becomes a very complex task.

Following a sort of logical order, it can be noted that the second lady appears looking at the woman’s hand next to her cheek.

Identifying the third requires a clinical eye, but it emerges when looking at the small woman on the right arm of the main lady.

You have to watch the side profileso it’s a little harder to understand at first, but you can see the nose pointing to the left of the drawing.

The fourth woman, one might say, would present no great difficulty. You have to watch on the stomach of the first lady where there is a pair of lips and the whole picture is a woman herself.

Oleg Shupliak claimed on his website last year that he made the drawing, which comes from “symbolic composition”to “enhance the popular theme” of optical illusions.

Another optical illusion of viral women in the networks

The Ukrainian artist’s visual challenge isn’t the only one about women that has left people in awe. There’s a optical illusion of six women sitting on a sofa causing a sensation (See see also).

In the image, six women are seated in an armchair in a bar, one of them on the right armrest. But to everyone’s amazement, only five pairs of legs can be seen.

“The first girl is sitting on the second girl’s lap,” one user explained. While another ventured: “Number two has her legs crossed, and she’s hidden by her knees.”

The solution came to light when one person figured out the dilemma, and it has to do with the position of the second girl from the left.

And they concluded: “His pants are the same color and almost blend. You can see the difference where a bit of the sock is visible above the boot.”

He has a ruler tattooed on his arm and with it he measures men: “I enjoy the pleasure”

The English Tracy Kiss He is 34 years old, has two children and is a physical trainer. Furthermore, she is a sex influencer who has a very powerful Instagram account with 1,200,000 followers where she gives advice on food, sports and what she considers a healthy lifestyle.

At the start of the pandemic, he made headlines around the world when he recommended an intake of sperm, cucumber and fruit smoothie, something that, for Tracy, would increase the body’s defenses to fight the Covid-19.

And as the months went by, the British wanted more: she got a new tattoo on her statuesque body, no more and no less than a sovereign to measure the size of the penis of men with whom they have sex.

The woman said she’s looking for a well-endowed boyfriend and that her new body art is “a practical design and a tool to improve my lifeThe tattoo does not report any number, but has “dots” which are equivalent to one and two centimetres.

“Because it has no numbers, it’s actually quite inconspicuous and allows me to reach out my hand innocently stroke a man’s belly while looking at my arm beside him to count inches,” the creative blonde exclaimed.

Tracy Kiss has more than 1.2 million followers on Instagram, which she surprised with her new penis-measuring tattoo.

“It’s something people might not think about when they shake my hand and it won’t look out of place in a nursing home when I’m 90, but it will always make me smile and a sparkle in my eyes,” she enthused about her new tattoo.

Kiss, who said she has a high libido and once did reports 11 times a day, she said knowing her partner’s size is important to her. “I am a woman who enjoys pleasure, body trust and intimacy and I feel that women have the same right as men to speak honestly about sexual encounters,” she said.

The tattoo is only large dots separated by two centimeters, and smaller ones - by one.

Kiss’ teenage daughter initially believed the tattoo was designed to measure bananas and cucumbers, but Kiss eventually explained what it was for. “My daughter is now at an age where notice my cheeky sense of humor and collects adult jokes that he didn’t understand before,” Kiss said.

Tracy Kiss already has about 70 tattoos all over her body.

“I’m quite tempted to add a few dots from thumb to forefinger to measure the circumference of the penises at the same timeBut I’m not sure it would be too obvious what I’m doing,” she said.

Tracy Kiss’ strong sperm shake

When in 2020 Tracy Kiss became famous for drinking sperm smoothies with fruit to, according to her, increase defenses against the Covid-19 that was beginning to threaten the world, her figure became famous throughout the social network universe . Where did she get the sperm? From her boyfriend at the time.

The influencer recommends at least three doses a week, either of pure sperm through a shot glass (just over 30 milliliters), or mixing it with fruit in a smoothie.

For Tracy this smoothie is a remedy “free and vegan” with huge health benefits. “You don’t always know what’s in pharmaceutical medicine. It’s much better for the body to take something that doesn’t contain chemicals,” she explained.

The influencer did the parallelism between breast milk and sperm. She noted that, according to her, taking sperm “is not much different than a mother breastfeeding her newborn to give him the nutrients he needs. It’s not for everyone, but it’s packed with vitamins and I haven’t had a cold or flu since I started drinking it in 2017.”.

Tracy assures that too sperm serves as a cosmetic. “I also put it on my face to lighten my skin.”

Of course, sperm shakes are not part of the preventive measures promoted by the World Health Organization (WHO) to prevent the coronavirus, such as staying at home and washing your hands with soap and water.

However, even as a placebo, Tracy still works. And he recommends that, to obtain the greatest amount of nutrients and benefits, this “remedy” be used as soon as it is man-made. And if that’s not possible, semen should be stored in the freezer using trays of ice.

Russia-Ukraine War: Germany follows the trail of a ship to sabotage the Nord Stream gas pipelines

More than five months after the spectacular sabotage of Russia’s Nord Stream gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea, Germany announced that he is investigating a shipsuspected of carrying the explosives, to try to find out who the perpetrators were.

The announcement of the German Federal Prosecutor’s Office this Wednesday it is the first official step in the investigation joint court of several countries.

This was stated by the public prosecutor’s office in Karlsruhe in a statement had “registered a vessel between 18 and 20 January 2023“, with the suspicion that it could be “used to transport explosive devices” with which the Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines were blown up.

On 26 September 2022, four major gas leaks were detected in these pipelines preceded by underwater explosions which unite Russia with Germany and transport most of the Russian gas to Europe.

Quickly it was suspected to have been an attackwhich has sparked speculation about who was behind this logistically complex and diplomatically delicate operation.

The suspects

Since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022, these strategic energy facilities have been at the center of geopolitical tensions, fueled by Moscow’s decision to cut off gas supplies to Europe, in what is seen as a retaliation for Western sanctions.

Despite the searches carried out on the ship, “it is not possible at the moment to make solid statements” on the identity of the perpetrators, their motivations or the possible involvement of a state, the German judicial system specified in its statement.

An article published on Tuesday in the New York Timeswhich attributed the sabotage to a “pro-Ukrainian group”based on information from the US intelligence services, it caused a strong reaction in Kiev.

Ukraine has nothing to do with the Baltic Sea accident and has no information on “pro-Ukrainian sabotage groups,” tweeted Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to President Volodimir Zelensky.

Data collected by US intelligence agencies suggests that the perpetrators of the sabotage of the two pipelines were “enemies of Russian President Vladimir Putin”but without the involvement of Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky, writes the New York Times.

German media detailed other elements of the judicial investigation on Tuesday.

According to the weekly Die Zeit, as well as public channels ARD AND ros, the boat that is in the crosshairs of justice was chartered by a company based in Poland “apparently belonging to two Ukrainians”.

False passports were used for the rental, according to the same sources.

Boat

The vessel reportedly left the port of Rostock in northern Germany on 6 September. with a crew of six, including divers and a medic.

They have been detected remains of explosives “on the cabin table” of the ship, which was returned “dirty” to its owner, writes die Zeit.

“Although the leads point to Ukraine, investigators have not yet been able to determine who commissioned the operation“, says the weekly.

Even the German defense minister called for caution: “I advise against jumping to conclusions,” Boris Pistorius said on Wednesday.

Similarly, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg urged to “wait” for the results of the investigations “before telling more about the authors”.

The losses occurred in international waters, off the Danish island of Bornholm and off the coast of southern Sweden.

Criminal investigations are also underway in Sweden and Denmark.

The pipelines were not operational at the time of the sabotage, but they were filled with methane gas.

The Kremlin on Wednesday rejected press reports of the involvement of a “pro-Ukrainian group”, saying it was an attempt to “divert attention” and a “coordinated media coup”.

Pets: The Real Reasons Cats Lick Their Owners

Cats have a reputation for being aloof and independent. However, new studies on how they respond to their caregivers suggest that their sociocognitive abilities and the depth of their human attachments they underestimated. Cats love their owners, they feel affection for them and one way to show it is to lick them.

Many wonder why cats lick their owners’ hands. And the answer is that there are several reasons why they do, including love and fidelity issues similar to when cats lick each other.

You need to start talking about it the language of cats It is a fundamental part of the animal, which is covered with hundreds of sharp spines, the papillae. That’s why when they lick our hands we feel it so rough. Language performs a wide range of functions. For example, when they feed, they find it very helpful to scrape the flesh off the bones of their prey.

Brushing a cat, a pleasure that the cat expects as a reward every time it licks us.

Brushing a cat, a pleasure that the cat expects as a reward every time it licks us.

The first analysis to understand why cats lick their owners’ hands should first aim at understanding why cats lick each other. There are predominant factors: take care of the fur, strengthen the bond and perceive its smell.

Why do cats lick their owners?

Passionate: cats have many ways of communicating with humans and one of them is by licking. When we pet a cat, and then he licks our hand while purring, we can consider ourselves lucky because it means that he loves us and likes to be with us.

Sweat: Incredible as it may seem, some cats like the slightly salty taste of sweat. Therefore, this may be another reason why the cat licks our hand.

Territory: Cats are very territorial animals, so it is also possible that the cat wants to mark us. His sense of smell is much more developed than the human one, and when licked it leaves small particles of smell.

when the cat licks, wait for a human response. And it’s always advisable to give him that taste so that he feels loved. To show him that we love him, we must also stroke him with the hand that we have free. We can also comb it with a soft brush.

Cats love their owners

A 2017 study cited in the journal Current biology shows that, like children and dogs, domestic cats form secure and insecure bonds with their human keepers.

“This is the first time researchers have empirically shown that cats show the same attachment styles as children and dogssaid lead study author Kristyn Vitale, a research scientist at the Human-Animal Interaction Laboratory at Oregon State University.

“In both dogs and cats, the attachment to humans may represent an adaptation of the bond between offspring and caregivers,” Vitale continued.

“Our study indicates that when cats live in a dependent state with a human, that attachment behavior is flexible and most cats use humans as a source of comfort“said the researcher.

The researchers had cats participate in a test similar to those they perform on children and dogs to study their attachment behaviors.

During the test, each cat passed two minutes in a room with your assistant. Then he was alone for two minutes. Finally, it returned to its owner for another two minutes.

Upon returning to their keeper (after absence), the cats were “attached tightly” to the person less stressed and balance their attention between the human being and their surroundings. For example, they continued to explore the room.

On the other hand, “insecurely attached” cats showed signs of stresssuch as wagging the tail and licking the lips, and staying away from the person (avoidance) or clinging to them by jumping on their lap and not moving (ambivalence).

In the study participated small and adult cats. Of 70 puppies, 64% were classified as “securely attached” and 36% were classified as “insecurely attached”.

The researchers wanted to find out whether socialization training would change those percentages. But after a six-week course, there were no significant differences. “Once the attachment style between the cat and its caretaker is established, it remains relatively stable over time, even after training and socialization,” Vitale said.

“Cats, like most pets, retain some juvenile traits into maturity, e they continue to depend on humans for their care“, He added.

The researchers then tested 38 cats older than one year. The percentages were very similar to those of puppies: 66% showed “secure attachment” and 34% “insecure attachment”.

It was surprising, Vitale said, to find how the ratio of secure to insecure attachments in the kitten to adult cat populations matched the human infant population. In humans, 65% of babies are firmly attached to their caregiver.

“Insecure cats are likely to run and hide or appear to act aloof,” Vitale said. “For a long time it was thought that all cats behaved like this. But most use their owner as a source of security.. Your cat depends on you to feel safe when he’s under stress,” concluded the researcher.
