Santiago ATP 250: Tomás Etcheverry lost his first final against Chilean Jarry

The star player made the difference in the third set against an Etcheverry (23 years old) who didn’t show enough variation. The Argentine is in 76th place in the ATP rankings, while the winner is in 87th place, although after this victory he will be ranked in 52nd place.

On the way to the title, Nicolás Jarry previously had to defeat the Peruvian Juan Pablo Varillas (77), the Argentine Diego Schwartzman (37), the German Yannick Hanfmann (153) and the Spaniard Jaume Munar (66). Each of those matches extended to three sets.

In addition to earning 250 ranking points, Jarry won a prize of $97,760. In this way, this Monday the Chilean will appear in 52nd place in the ATP
