Video: Los Andes bars were shot at as students left club school

Moments of extreme tension, confusion and panic were experienced this Tuesday at the door of the club’s school The Andeswhere bar they dealt with the blows while students left the establishment and had to run to avoid being hit by bullets.

The dramatic episode took place near the Eduardo Gallardón stadium of the Lomas de Zamora institute which plays in the third division of Argentine football. Two factions exchanged gunfire as boys were leaving school, in Santa Fe and Portela.

A group of fans was inside the venue and another came to ambush her with two motorcycles and a car. At that moment the confrontation began, which coincided with the boys leaving school. Miraculously there were no students injured.

“We were all in the middle, with the kids and the cars. It was crazy,” described a witness quoted by Region information. “There were no less than 15, 20 shots everywhere and people running,” he added.

Part of that sequence was captured on video in which a boy is seen running down the sidewalk as gunshots are heard. Other students and parents were able to quickly enter the school to seek refuge.

Several shell casings were scattered on the streets. Upon arrival, the Police cordoned off the area and began carrying out the related investigations.

The armed confrontation takes place a week after the elections in the club which saw the union leader win Omar Plainiwho became the new president.

According to the institution, list 10 of the “CALA Unity Front”, led by Plaini, gained 717 votes (66%), while List 1, presented by the governing party, achieved 369 votes (33.91%). .

Víctor Grossi, head of a parallel construction union to UOCRA, served two terms as president in Los Andes. He had been accused by Plaini himself of having prevented him from entering the structures during the 2021 electoral act with the help of barrabrava.
