One of Caruzzo’s first goals in his new role was to move forward with hiring a coach for the First Division, with the start of the next Professional League in mind for the first weekend of June.

Later, between Soccer Table and the selected coach, they will work on building the professional squad, both on finding reinforcements and on contract renewals and terminations.

Caruzzo played at San Lorenzo between 2015 and 2018. He played 118 games, scored 8 goals and even wore a captain’s ribbon. He retired in June 2021 playing for Argentinos Juniors, the club where he began his career.

Before hanging up his boots, he took the sports advisor course and in 2021, after completing the training provided by Nicolás Burdisso, he earned the title of sports director.
