The former president of Hurricane Alexander Nadur he requested two seizures against the club he owned until over a year ago for more than 200 million pesos for debts maintained by the institution to two companies linked to the commercialization of vehicles of which the former head was a shareholder.

The Globe Legal Affairs Subcommittee reported on Wednesday that Thaun Sociedad Anónima, a network of dealers for the Chevrolet automaker belonging to the Nadur Group, has initiated legal action against the club. The case is being processed in the National Court of First Instance in Commercial Matters No. 24, in charge of Horacio Robledo.

In its presentation, Nadur’s company requested and was able to block an embargo on the economic rights that Huracán was entitled to for its participation in the Professional Soccer League for 19.6 million pesos in capital and another 13 million in interest and implementation costs. The embargo notice was sent on Monday by the secretary of the Court, Paula Marino, to the Argentine Soccer Association.

So far, the club has not received any notice about this legal action, as reported in the statement published on its website, adding that this is not the only claim of the former president, as there is also an ongoing trial for in a request for Automoviles San Jorge, another Nadur Group Chevrolet dealer network.

In that file, which is being processed in the National Court of First Instance in Commercial Matters No. 8, by Javier Cosentino, Nadur’s company claims a debt of 174 million pesos (including 4 million for interest and costs) and requested an embargo for that amount from the Santander Río bank (where the club operates) and the Professional Football League.

The total amount of requests for embargoes of companies in which the former president is a shareholder in the bank accounts of Huracán, the AFA and the Professional League (for television rights) worth 212 million pesosas reported by the Legal Affairs Subcommittee.

Through an extensive thread of tweets, Nadur justified their claims and attributed the responsibility to the current management of the club, which is headed by David Garzonwho accused him of initiating “a prosecution” against him to try to “dynamite what was made in the years” of his administration and of using his figure to “cover up his mismanagement.”

“Because of my possibilities, I have had the honor of being able to collaborate through my companies for over a decade. to be able to face misfortunes which I inherited from previous administrations ”, said Nadur, who pointed out that these contributions are documented and recognized by the current Board of Directors.

According to the former president, since he lost the election in February last year (by only 23 votes) was willing to “negotiate and reach an agreement” on loans that expired after a month, but argued that, upon receiving “silence, indifference and mistreatment” in response from the current leadership, he was “dragged to initiate legal actions.”.
