A few hours after the match between Talleres and Flamengo at Macaraná Stadium, Cordoba fans staged a violent moments with the police from Brazil while presenting a grilled on one of the beaches of Rio de Janeiro.

It happened around noon when Brazilian agents arrived in the area and started shoot towards the ground and threaten with weapons to the Argentines who are just starting to prepare for the second match for the Copa Libertadores that will take place tonight.

The reason for his actions was the sympathetic ones who traveled from Córdoba were breaking the law. It was that on the shores of Copacabana, where they gathered, there was no burning. Even the maker can still be fine.

However, the way of asking them to turn off the grill – where they already cook meat – is threatening them with guns which, after a few seconds of conversation with the fans, they used to do shoot and raise fear.

The reality was shot by the protagonists themselves in videos that went viral on social networks and where two armed policemen can be seen pointing their regulation revolvers at them.

“Put the gun down”, heard one of the Cordovans begging the agents. You can also hear how they demand that they calm down in an attempt to overcome the language barrier and get along with the authorities who shouted in Portuguese.

In another photo, police can be seen rummaging through their belongings and they explain that “they only have Argentine pesos.”

After they extinguished the fire, the agents retreated to the beach full of people.

According to reports, no one was injured from the tense crossing.

Before confronting the police

Minutes before the event, fans were recorded making a barbecue and carrying their rival to Cordovan in a film that also reached the networks.

With fernet in hand, a drink by which they are distinguished in Argentina, one of the group introduced: “Hello. I’m going to tell you two things. First, look where we are: Copacabana beach, guys. Copacabana beach,” he said holding a fork.

And he continued: “One more thing. When you play La Libertadores, when you go to the Maracana to drink fernet and when they give you balls to go and barbecue on Copacabana beach, listen to me, when you do you do that later you. say the phrase ‘don’t compare’. The battle

The match between Talleres de Córdoba and Flamengo will be played this Tuesday night, at 9:30 pm, at the Maracaná Stadium in Rio de Janeiro.

This is the first time both teams will meet on a field and it is for the second date of the Copa Libertadores where they will be partying in group H, led by the Brazilians.

The referee is Venezuelan Jesús Valenzuela and will be televised by Fox Sports and Star +.
