Ukraine said on Friday that seven civilians were killed and 27 injured in a Russian-blamed attack on a bus carrying people from the eastern Kharkov region on Thursday.

“On April 14, Russian soldiers opened fire on an evacuation bus with civilians in the city of Borova. According to the first reports, seven people were killed and 27 injured,” the Prosecutor General’s Office said in Telegram.

An investigation has been opened for “violation of the laws and customs of war in connection with willful murder,” he said.

Further south, in the Zaporizhzhia region, one person was killed and five injured in the Russian bombardment of the town of Vasylivka, where, according to the military administration, several houses, a shop and a plant at the Tavriysk train station were damaged.
