More than 39,000 photos were submitted for the 2022 Wildlife Photographer of the Year award, but only 25 were selected as finalists for the public vote. The award is sponsored by the Natural History Museum (NHM) in London.

The public can browse through the finalists and choose one of them as favourites, until February 2, 2023, via the museum’s website. The winner will be announced a week later.
