A registered man masturbated during a Delta Airlines flight and became a defendant in the United States for still missing a passenger on the same trip. Complaint accepted by the court by the judge Elayna Youchah about the incident recorded on a flight on June 31 Home from Atlanta to Las Vegas.
A female passenger claims that Michael DeWayne Peterson masturbated in front of her before catching her. In the police report, agents describe the man as “masturbating in front of a passenger, pulling his penis out of his pants and holding the passenger.”
Near the descent, the man put his cell phone on his lap and asked him to come out, but the woman refused and Peterson would catch him. “The message was, ‘Can I take you out so we can have sex?’ said,” he asked before answering “No”. At this point, it would grab her inner thigh.
Police records show that the victim tried to report the incident to a flight attendant, who referred him to the authorities because the plane had already landed, and the man got off the plane “very quickly”. The victim, however, was approached by the FBI a week later and provided a video of the man involved in the abuse, which allowed him to be identified.
Peterson could face up to six months in prison if found guilty.
